Quality and Delivery scores are generated and reported quarterly. The supplier names are represented by a code. Please contact the appropriate Commodity Manager for additional details on how to view your information.

Suppliers that are requesting a Process Change or Product Change must fill out form below and email back to rfa@genfast.com.
